Your smoothie, on a real label
A Nutrition Facts panel is the clearest way to see what a smoothie actually is, because it puts the calories, the sugar and the protein in the same frame you read on every packet. Build the blend, set the servings to match your glass, and the panel fills itself in from the ingredients. It is as useful for checking a breakfast against a goal as it is for mocking up a recipe card, and it updates the moment you change a thing.
A panel is only as honest as its serving size, and a jug that is really two servings can look light at a glance. Set the servings to match how you actually drink it and the numbers describe your glass, not a smaller one.
The percent Daily Value tells you whether a smoothie is a big source of something or a minor one, against a standard day. It is where a high-fiber or high-protein blend earns its stripes.
Total sugars carry no Daily Value because the amount from whole fruit is not the same concern as added sugar. The figure still matters, but read it alongside the fiber rather than on its own.
The values come from published reference figures for each ingredient, so your own brands, ripeness and portions shift them. Treat the panel as a close, useful estimate rather than a measured analysis.
Is that a good label?
Once you have the numbers, the health scorer turns them into a single A to F grade and tells you the swaps that would raise it.
Score my smoothieEstimates, not advice. Every figure on this page is calculated from published per-100 g reference values and standard household measures, so your own brands, portions and equipment will move it. Nothing here is medical, nutritional or dietetic advice — talk to a qualified professional before acting on it, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a health condition, or feeding a child.
