Weight loss timeline calculator
Put in where you are, where you want to be and how you spend your days. You get the date the arithmetic points at, the daily deficit it takes to get there, and what that leaves you to eat.
This is arithmetic, not a prediction. Maintenance is estimated from bodyweight and activity alone, real intake varies day to day, and weight moves unevenly week to week — water, food volume and hormones all show up on the scale before fat does.
How the estimate works
Three numbers do all the work. Maintenance is roughly what you burn in a day, estimated here from bodyweight and how active you are. The deficit is how far under that you eat. The gap between your current and goal weight, divided by the deficit, is the timeline.
That is genuinely all it is — which is why every honest weight-loss calculator gives you a similar answer, and why the ones promising something dramatically faster are either assuming a deficit you will not hold or counting water as fat.
Why the line is never straight
The date above assumes a constant rate, and nothing about a body is constant. Maintenance drifts down as you get lighter, so the same deficit buys less over time. Water moves with salt, sleep, training and hormones, easily by more than a week’s worth of fat loss in either direction. And intake creeps without anyone deciding it should.
None of that makes the estimate useless. It makes it a marker to steer by rather than a promise — judge the trend over a month, not the number on any one morning.
Where the smoothies come in
A deficit is easier to hold when one meal a day is both light and genuinely filling, and that is the one thing a smoothie is good at. The result panel above lists the blends that fit inside a meal’s share of your target; the weight-loss guide covers how to build one, and the calorie calculator counts whatever you come up with yourself.
The same drink built two ways, and what each choice is worth.
Real blends sorted lightest first, with what each one costs you in staying power.
